If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note that custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless proven to be defective upon arrival.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order description. We do not accept returns for opened or used medical products due to hygiene and safety standards, for items returned beyond the 30-day window, or for products missing original packaging or components.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vetra-llc.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. A customer service representative will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days to the original payment method. For wholesale clients, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or in the form of a credit note, based on the terms of the agreement.
